.
We worked closely with Swissport’s SHEQ teams to design branded PPE that aligned with their specific requirements.
In 2017, HeathBrook proudly secured the contract to supply PPE to Swissport. It was our aviation experience that resulted in our selection. The service they were looking for was a partner to collaborate on ideas. What they got was both a partner to develop products with and a reliable and dedicated supplier.
“On a few occasions, I have been short of some stock and requested orders to be expedited. My requests were always met. The staff I deal with are very nice and treat you like a friend rather than a customer. They always go that extra mile to keep customers happy. They cannot do any more.”
Supplying Gatwick since 2005, we have helped them with both uniforms and PPE across multiple disciplines – aiding them with their specific branding and staff recognition requirements.
For their rebrand the Heathbrook team went to great lengths to come up with a range of quality garments, whilst incorporating the new corporate image.
With the help of our Workwear Manager stock control and ordering system We have provided GAL with a 20% reduction in costs. We are particularly proud of the uniforms that the Security Staff at GAL wear, meeting their exact needs and making their job easier. We were also delighted with how well staff received the PPE we provided.
“The PPE looks fantastic! I’m really pleased with it – thank you.”
Providing front of house uniform, that fully engaged the team and enhanced the professional customer experience, in this busy regional airport.
For this busy regional airport staff involvement was just as important as selecting the right garments themselves.
HeathBrook partnered with London Oxford Airport’s senior management to ensure that staff were closely involved in the selection of a stylish new uniform. A day was chosen when all staff would be available to give their input – and a combination of presenting visual options and sharing sample garments, meant staff could share their views and ideas. The presentation included options on finishing touches such as designs for neck scarves and ties, which was especially well received.
“After months of planning and team involvement, we are proud to represent our brand in this stylish new uniform and thank you to the team at HeathBrook uniforms for bringing our vision to life!”.
