The Challenge

London Oxford Airport is the Thames Valley area’s primary regional and business aviation airport – the only commercial airport between London Heathrow and Birmingham. The airport has been the fastest growing for private and business aviation in the UK since 2007, and saw business increase considerably during the pandemic, a legacy which continues. This all prompted a need for a new and fully co-ordinated uniform for airport staff welcoming passengers, including some high profile VIPs.

The Solution

Staff Involvement

HeathBrook partnered with London Oxford Airport’s senior management to ensure that staff were closely involved in the selection of a stylish new uniform. A day was chosen when all staff would be available to give their input – and a combination of presenting visual options and sharing sample garments, meant staff could share their views and ideas. The presentation included options on finishing touches such as designs for neck scarves and ties, which was especially well received.
