Maritime wanted to elevate the image of the “Maritime Driver”, moving on from an old style corporate uniform consisting of cargo trousers, polo shirt and fleece jacket.

The new uniforms had to be instantly recognisable to customers, portray a more professional company image and, most importantly, had to be both functional and comfortable. Ensuring employees could undertake their day-to-day activities with confidence and pride.

Maritime selected HeathBrook to design a new uniform for its drivers and management teams. As part of the development process, HeathBrook consulted employees across the business, using this feedback to inform choices around fabric composition and weight and design features that would boost comfort for wearers.
